Silica Gel Pouches

 

Silica Gel Sachets or bags are simply flexible "containers" of silica gel. The silica gel sachet is heat-sealed or stitched. It made for non-woven cloth, cotton fabric cloth. The water molecules can pass through the material and be adsorbed by silica gel. We produce a range of standard size silica gel sachets using non-indicating (white) or self-indicating (blue) silica gel. In addition to this we are able to manufacture sachets to any other weight that meets customer requirements. 


 Our all sachets are printed Desiccant, Silica Gel, Throw away, Do not eat, Keep Away From Children, PCP & DMF free.

 

Size: 0.5gm , 1gm , 2gm , 3gm, 5gm , 10gm , 20gm, 25gm , 50gm , 

100gm , 150gm, 250gm , 500gm , 1000gm & above. 


Packing Material: Non-Woven or Woven Fabric , Tyvek paper , Composite Paper.  


 A silica gel sachets is always more effective in an enclose environment. A physical barrier will
Discourage water vapor from continually entering such an environment, leaving the finite
volume encloses to be protected by silica gel.

Often, environments cannot be considered 'hermetically scaled' there will be a number of
factors which will increase the amount of silica gel that is needed.
